“HACIA UN LIDERAZGO JUVENIL COMPROMETIDO”
El sábado 22 de Mayo fue el inicio de la primera etapa de un proceso de empoderamiento del Liderazgo Juvenil de la Cooperativa la Altagracia. El mismo fue realizado en la sucursal de Cienfuegos de esta ciudad de Santiago, con la participación de más de 50 jóvenes de diferentes grupos de ahorrín.
El objetivo del mismo fue propiciar un espacio en donde estos líderes juveniles comiencen a tener acceso a nuevas maneras de ser verdaderos cooperativistas, lo cual les permita iniciar un proceso de descubrimiento de sus sueños, fortaleciendo así, su liderazgo en torno a lo que hacen y buscan en la Cooperativa la Altagracia.
La metodología del taller fue experiencial-reflexiva, lo cual permitió comenzar un proceso de descubrimiento y apasionamiento de sus sueños y metas, con la pregunta de fondo quién soy? a su vez, desde dónde está operando como líder Juvenil, para alcanzar sus sueños y generar relaciones estables con sus seres queridos y el mundo que le rodea, desde un liderazgo comprometido con la visión de la Cooperativa La Altagracia.
El taller fue impartido de manera dinámica por el señor Wellingthon Peña, quien con dinámicas experienciales pudo impactar de manera directa a los líderes juveniles de la cooperativa invitándoles a vivir la vida desde el compromiso y la responsabilidad.
